The Role

The Product Implementation Coordinator is an individual that will be responsible for the launch of new products, improving efficiencies and processes for smooth handoff from Product to Client Success/Implementation, while working with a long-term Product Manager. Candidates are required to be organized, pick up products quickly, understand how our customers will likely interact with the product, and quickly resolve issues and provide solutions.  

 

This could be the job for you if you'd like to:

  • Listen, learn, and understand engagement products and how customers may interact with those tools. You'll be expected to be the true subject matter expert on PERQ's Web Engagement solution.
  • Ability to communicate and have passion for improvements in the product to ensure businesses are getting maximum value. This will involve working on multiple assignments with groups like marketing, product, and client facing teams.
  • Train implementation team on best practices. As well as helping resolve issues and provide solutions to this team. Must be willing to get "hands-on" with the product for setup, testing, troubleshooting, etc.
  • Configure PERQ software using new product features to get most value internally and for our clients.
  • Launch, demonstrate, and optimize product features while committing to the quality and effectiveness of the product and services it can provide.
  • Learn new software and love to help others get value from it. Must have ability to think on the fly, with an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment, but ensuring your decision is thoughtful.

 The Ideal Candidate:

  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written) with ability to speak with all levels of management effectively and persuasively, as well as internal and external audiences to secure commitment to programs and goals of stakeholders in a matrix environment.
  • Strong organizational, attention to detail, and time management skills
  • Strong technical aptitude and intellectual curiosity
  • Must be able to learn the details that go into our products, understand why it's a tool useful for customers and businesses, and find efficiencies to lead to quality implementation.
  • Enjoys collaborating and solving business, system, and product challenges.
  • Is looking for ability to grow knowledge and skills in consumer experiences, data analytics, and marketing methods and approaches.

The 'Other' Stuff:

  • Bachelor's Degree or currently pursuing bachelor's degree in informatics, computer software, or other relevant studies.
  • Ability to understand and troubleshoot coding languages like HTML, CSS, etc.
