The Role

At PERQ, the Client Implementation Specialist is passionate about seeing our clients get value out of our technology products. As a trusted client partner you are laser focused on a positive client experience above everything else. The Client Implementation Specialist is able to execute on incredibly thoughtful relationship marketing promotions to bring value to your clients and their brands.  In this role you will work with Client Success Managers and PERQ's client's partners to deliver high quality consumer experiences clients, post-sales to proactively drive adoption and satisfaction while ensuring high retention rates.  This is a unique opportunity to be able to work with the Client Success Program at PERQ.

What you'll do:

  • Facilitate all customer activity through strong relationship-building, product knowledge, planning and execution.
  • Attention to detail – Quality Control on all client deliverables.  Make sure that all client requests are delivered without error
  • Provide clear written and verbal communication within PERQ, to clients and client partners regarding implementing client requests
  • Engage in conversation on how to continuously improve PERQ's Client Success process and client value delivery.
  • High attention to detail to ensure all client deliveries exceed client expectations
  • Translate client requests into clear action steps needed to deliver
  • Multi-tasking – juggle multiple client requests and always exceed expectations internally and with clients on deliverables.
  • Identify ways clients can get more value out of the solution.
  • Proactively monitor and identify usage trends in order to uncover renewal risks, while supporting greater adoption rates.
  • Own overall implementation of the solution with assigned clients, including working with client's partners to deliver a high quality solution that results in a high client satisfaction.
  • Drive continued value of our products and services.
  • Monitor key performance indicators for clients and identify and execute actionable steps to increase the performance of the product solution.
  • Advocate customer needs/issues cross-departmentally.
  • Program manage account escalations.
  • Being proactive in providing customer feedback as we learn
  • 'Jumping in' to meet the demands of clients while we build out repeatable processes and dedicated resources
  • Resolving client issues in a timely manner

The skills you'll need:

  • Prior experience in software as a service implementations or equivalent history of increasing customer satisfaction and implementation for technology product(s).
  • Proven ability to drive continuous value of our product(s).
  • Familiarity working with clients and partners.
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail oriented and analytical.
  • Strong team player but still a self-starter.
  • Thrives in a multi-tasking environment and can adjust priorities on-the-fly.

The 'Other Stuff'

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong communication necessary with a customer service approach
